The Glasgow based leasing broker had a number of requirements and FIRE5 digital was the perfect fit. A rebrand, CMS, CRM and marketing support; our full suite of services was 'Ideal'.

Ideal Vehicle Leasing are a small vehicle leasing broker based in Glasgow who came to FIRE5 looking to refresh their brand and relaunch their business after a change in management.

A full set of services was required to take Ideal in a new direction and completely relaunch their digital offering with a focus on improving lead generation and streamlining their business processes.

The Process

A refresh of the brand identity was the first stage of the project.

With a clear indication from Ideal that a check mark was to be incorporated into the new logo, we set about developing the new word mark and icon.

We introduced a new colour palette changing from orange and black to muted blue and green. Development of a new icon set and supporting mood boards were produced to help steer the new website design.

With branding complete we designed bespoke templates for Automotus CMS integration, incorporating the new brand elements including icons and typography. Integration with Cars and Driving was also implemented to deliver vehicle images as well as reviews across the various manufacturers.

The Solution

Our Automotus CMS & CRM solution was the ideal choice, designed specifically for the leasing broker industry.

With the design and templates complete we deployed the new website solution followed by our Automotus CRM service. The CRM is closely integrated with Automotus CMS with automatic lead synchronisation plus campaign integration and tracking.

Bespoke quote, order and finance application templates where developed and integrated into the CRM, which are automatically generated when account managers process orders.

Additional automations where added to the CRM workflow to help speed up Ideal's sales process and improve the customer touch-points throughout their sales journey.

Email campaign development followed including email template design and campaign setup within Mailchimp. Social channels where updated to reflect the new design direction and supporting paid campaigns launched to help increase traffic and leads from these channels.

Ongoing PPC, via Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram campaigns with tailored search and display ad development as well as campaign management was included in Ideal's ongoing contract.

The Results

Our full service solution has had positive early results for Ideal with 26% increase in lead generation, Improved lead quality, Paperless sales process introduced, 9% reduction in bounce rates, 14% increase in average visit duration, 18% increase in overall traffic, 19% increase in ad click through rates.
