Fulton Leasing came to FIRE5 digital after struggling to find an experienced digital agency to successfully integrate a number of 3rd party web services critical to improving their online offering both to customers and staff alike.

Redesign and development of their site along with the numerous integrations was core to the success of a new website.

The Process

Key to the project was integration of CAP, a vehicle data provider. Their SOAP based API would drive all the vehicle data within the new site. We carefully planned and mapped the various services and data models within the API ready to be integrated into the new CMS.

Working with Fulton we detailed out their sales process to better understand where further integration into their CRM, Salesforce, would bring more efficiencies.

We developed a new CMS with various bespoke functionality to exactly fit Fulton's needs.

The CMS gave Fulton’s marketing and web admin team the ability to manage every aspect of their new site including CAP web service API integration, CDN integration to improve performance, custom finance forms with Salesforce Integration, Salesforce customisation including bespoke quote pdf generation and custom admin management allowing Fulton's marketing and web admin team to manage every aspect of their new site.

The Results

Since relaunch traffic has seen an increase of 290%. With a new responsive design, mobile traffic increased from 17% to 52% of all traffic with a 1100% increase in mobile users viewing the site compared to the previous 12 month period. Average time on site increased by 54% while exit rates reduced from 33% to 20%.
